Water Extraction / Dehumidification
The proper handling of water damage losses includes knowing how to detect moisture in closed spaces, how to recognize and treat various types of mold growth, and how to effectively monitor dehumidification. Our project management staff uses psychrometry –the science of drying – to determine dehumidification levels, maintain proper temperature and set drying schedules for all water damage losses, large and small.

Our specialized equipment includes:

• Thermal Imaging camera which allows the team to detect water damaged areas hidden to the naked eye
• 5000 CFM trailer mounted multi fuel desiccant system used in for large spaces
• 900 CFM units for homes and smaller commercial properties
• Portable generator units allow the team to work in areas with no power source
• Portable A/C units that allows the team to cool the air and combat the mold growth

Mold Remediation
ServiceMaster by Mistick has Certified Mold Remediators on staff. These professionals are trained to enter any area that has mold and determine the extent of the mold, identify the type of mold, it’s toxicity and the safest way to remove it. Our Certified Mold Remediators have the education and the training to safely remove the mold from commercial properties.
